Located in the Sydney suburb of Belmore. The Paragon No 2 Theatre was opened in October 1928, following the success of the Paragon Picture Theatre, which had opened in April 1923, just along the road in Belmore.
The Paragon No 2 Theatre was sited in a location where a railway station was envisaged, but never happen. The cinema was closed in 1958. The theatre was used as a carpet warehouse for many years. Since 1982 it has operated as the Australian Academy of Gymnastics.
