Built as a single screener for Jo-Mor Enterprises Inc. and opened July 1, 1964. It became a twin in December 1972 when the additional auditorium was added on, so the original theater remained intact. A third screen was added by the 1980’s.

A good place to see a movie surrounded by great places to hang out. Lots of nice restaurants and clubs in the Stoneridge Plaza.

The theater became the local site for the “Rocky Horror Picture Show” on Friday nights.

Theater was nice, but auditoriums had white drapes. It was closed in January 1998 but was reopened by an independent operator October 8, 1998. It finally closed December 8, 1999.

Exterior photo added credit Andrew George Crego. It had 3 screen by the `80s. Theater was spelled “er”.
