This General Cinema originally opened November 17, 1971 as a two-screen theatre. Later a third screen was added. General Cinema added four more screens in another part of the mall during the 1980’s. It was closed in 1997 and this theatre has been demolished.

There is an AMC currently operating in a different part of the mall at this time.
