The Cinemark Movies 12 opened on December 10, 1993. The theatre featured amenities such as digital presentation, RealD 3D, self service ticketing, online ticketing and second-run attractions. It was closed on March 16, 2020 due to the Covid-19 pandemic. It was announced in February 2021 that the theatre would be permanently closed. Demolition began on January 23, 2023.

Cinemark has announced this theatre has been permanently closed.

Grand opening ad posted. It had THX certified screen at the time of its opening.
