The Brown Grand Theatre is located at the west end of downtown Concordia. It was built for $40,000 by Napoleon Bonaparte Brown and opened on September 17, 1907. It became a 650-seat movie theatre in 1925. It was closed a a movie theatre on September 10, 1974.
