The Dublin Drive-In opened on July 22, 1970 with Charlton Heston in “The Hawaiians” & Michael Caine in “The Battle of Britain”. It was closed in 1982.

Opening features were THE HAWAIIANS and THE BATTLE OF BRITAIN. Closed after the 1982 season.

Wendy’s Hamburger’s national headquarters now occupies this location.

This web page about the South Drive-In has a paragraph about the Dublin Drive-In as well. The Dublin was the last drive-in built in the Columbus area, and operated only a dozen years, closing in 1982. The project was designed by Jack K. Vogel.
