Located in the northeast of the city centre. The Palais du Cinema Concert was opened on 20th August 1919. It was later re-named Cinema Bal followed by Cinema Elite. By 1946 it had been renamed Floreal. It was still open in 1955, but had closed by 1965. It was demolished in 1968.
