The Caprice Showcase Theatres opened in 1995 as part of the Caprice Showcase Theatres chain at the Newton Town Centre on 138th Street in Surrey. The theatre’s three screens held a total of 702 seats and played second runs of recent Hollywood releases. In 2008, the Caprice Showcase underwent a name and ownership change as it became the Hollywood 3 Cinema. It was closed on December 29, 2022.
