Found it!
A closer address (at least for Google) is 2201 Liddon Lake Road, Corinth MS. I could not map the US 72 or Lee’s Highway addresses close enough to the property, but this road runs right behind it.
Today, the property is or was a mobile home business, but you can easily see the outline, ramps, entrance/exit roads, and foundation for the projector booth/concession stand. http://tinyurl.com/z6ohtuf

Today, the property looks abandoned. Everything has been removed save for the sign of the mobile home business (not to be confused with the marquee to the drive-in which has long been gone).
There is a small storage building on the NE corner of the property. Otherwise, all traces of the drive-in are fading away. Only the entrance/exit roads are still clearly defined.
