Mad Batter Food & Film (Official)
Previous Names: New Lyric Theatre, Lyric Theatre, Rodeo Theatre
The New Lyric Theatre opened November 11, 1927 with John Gilbert in “The Big Parade”. It continued with the Lyric name into the early-1940’s. It was then renamed Rodeo Theatre specializing in screening Westerns.
The building still stands and is currently used as a restaurant named Mad Batter Food & Film, which screens free movies.
