The Hi-Peak Drive-In was open in the late-1940’s. It could accomodate 165 cars. The drive-in was privately owned and operated by Mr. W. Jones. The Hi-Peak Drive-In closed in the mid to late-1980’s.

At the corner of Hwy 114 and 70, if you use the history in google earth the ramps are more and more visible the farther you go back, a business has been built at the front of lot citgo gas station. Street # for gas station is 1563 US 70, looking at google earth it looks like this may have been the same address for the drive in if you look at whats left of the roads they seem to come from that direction.
