Located in the North Wales town of Flint. The Grand Kinema was opened on 30th August 1920. It was built for cine-variety and had a 25 feet wide proscenium and a 16 feet deep stage. Seating was provided in stalls and circle levels.
From 1950 until 1954, it was operated by the Paramount Picture Theatres Ltd. chain, based in Welshpool. The Grand Kinema was closed in the mid-1960’s, and has since been demolished with shops and offices built on the site.
