  • 1974 Nick Palemo renames it La Québécoise 3 and started to show adult movies. Movies for kids were shown on weekend afternoons, theatre listed as Monaco Theatre. The entrance is moved to 5802 Boulevard Monk.
  • 1982 closed and demolished for an apartment building.
