The Palace Cinema or Cinema Palace was a street corner cinema which opened on the 10th September 1927. There were three stories above the canopy with a central tower surmounted by a cupola. A vertical neon sign was hung over the windows of the top two floors. The Palace Cinema closed on the 10th February 2005 and was photographed in May, 2002.
