The Strand Theatre was listed with 1,000-seats in 1924. It was closed in 1929. By 1936 it had reopened as the 850-seat Tompkins Theatre. Seated 800 according to the Film Daily Yearbook of 1941. It was still operating in 1950.
The Bancorp Plaza not stands on the site.
