Sold by Otto Leupold and Edwin Leupold (Leupold and Son) to Everett C. Wells and Carl R. Peugh on July 1, 1915 for $450 cash and seven lots in the Deming townsite. Sale included the raised floor, picture machine, screen, booth, 306 opera chairs, carpet runner, cocoa netting, electric fan, post boards, and a $100 equity in a $500 electric piano.
