The Happyland Theatre opened by late-December 1907 with 207 seats. It was remodelled in 1909 to the plans of architect C. Edgar Webb and now had 236 seats. There was a partition separating white patrons from African-American patrons. It was no longer listed in 1930. The site is now an office building.
