Located in the northeast of the city centre. The Kursaal du XII was opened around 1913. It was given an Art Deco style façade, which probably dated from the 1930’s. The Kursaal du XII was still open in 1955, but had closed by 1965.
The main entrance and foyer have since been demolished, but the auditorium around the corner at 17 Rue de Gravelle still exists, and has been in use as a graphic design Studio Jere.
