Nearby Theaters
Located in the south of the city centre. The Plaicance Cinema was opened in January 1907. By 1946 it had been re-named Pernety Cinema. It was still open in 1955, but had closed by 1965.
Since demolished, an apartment block containing retail has been built on the site.
