The Hillcrest Drive-In was located north of Osage City on the south side of Highway 56 just to the west of North Main Street. It was opened prior to 1955 when it was operated by Joyce Hitchings.
It was still in operation in the early-1970’s, but by 1991 had been demolished. Today, it is private property with no hint that the drive-in once existed save for faint signs of ramps and the remnants of the exit road that loops the property.
