Palladium Cinema

Located in St Helens, Merseyside. The Palladium Cinema was opened on 15th November 1915. It had a 25ft wide proscenium and a small stage. It was taken over by the Bootle based George Prince Circuit. In 1930 it was equipped with a Western Electric(WE) sound system, and in 1955 CinemaScope was installed. It was closed in 1960.

In 2015 the building is in use by Casey’s Electrical wholesalers.

It was opened on 15 November 1915, and closed in 1960.
