Located on what was originally named Rue Catinat, Saigon. The Catinat Cine is a Colonial-era building with yellow concrete walls and tiled wall mosaics. Its ground floor level houses the Art Arcade which was once the entrance to the Catinat Cine.
Today vendors hawk greeting cards and inexpensive artwork. The upper levels of the building house L'Usine, a café and lifestyle boutique, and Gallerie Quynh, a commercial art gallery which would not look out of place in Paris or New York.
