Jacob Gluntz, a developer and builder on the West Side of Cleveland built this typical large Nickelodeon in 1910. Operated for a leasehold by Max Lefkowich. What was the auditorium has long since been divided into 2 25' by 60' store fronts with a 16' ceiling. The space would have had a capacity of between 175 and 225. I must check the fire maps. The building itself still stands. The theatre never had any stage or stage house, of course, just a false proscenium bolted to the rear wall and a false stage apron. The place supposedly had a Photoplayer.

I can find no advertising which mentions this theater after 1923. My older brothers and sister remembered this theatre.
