Located in the south Melbourne district of St. Kilda. Originally built as the Maple Hall, it opened as the Arcadia Theatre on 29th November 1912. It was the second theatre in St. Kilda to have the Arcadia name (the other being the former Living Picture Gardens, which eventually became the Corso Picture Theatre).

The Arcadia Theatre was closed in 1927 and was later demolished.
