Located in the Parsons district to the east of Wilkes-Barre. The Parsons Theatre was opened around 1929. By 1950 it was operated by Comerford Theaters Inc. and it was still open in 1957.
By 2016 it was in use as a banquet hall named Touch of Class Palace.
