Putting the final touches on the screen at the Sturt Drive-In Theatre, Wagga. The theatre officially opened 11th February,1959 with a screening of “How To Marry A Millionaire”. On the night prior to that opening an “invitation only” Preview Performance was held.
This is Les Pendrick’s invitation to the preview, Les worked on the construction of the drive-in. (Sharing a Museum of the Riverina photo & invitation from Di Ross, Les’s daughter.
