Bellevue Theatre

The Bellevue Theatre was a short-lived Newark theatre in the silent era designed by Nathan Myers. This theatre struggled out of the box opening in the Spring of 1914 as a photoplay house. It is listed in the American Motion Picture Directory 1914-1915. It added vaudeville but did not gain much traction. Today, both the theatre and the street name on which it operated are gone.

Not to be confused with the Bellevue in Upper Montclair.
