Thanks to the clues of Donald Ringler writing in the San Mateo Times on February 19, 1977, and the Sanborn Maps of 1920, the location of this theatre was found.

It was said to have 350 seats and a $6,000 pipe organ. Charles Hart moved his theatre to this location in 1915 from a previous location in the Elks Lodge at 336 B Street (now a parking garage).

Mr. Hart passed away in 1916 and the theatre was closed by 1918. The Attic Restaurant has most recently occupied the building.
