Located in Sheung Shui, New Territories. The North District Town Hall was run by the Leisure and Cultural Services Department of the Hong Kong SAR Government and officially opened in February 1982.
Its 456-seat auditorium with stalls and balcony was equipped with screen and digital cinema projection system in December 2016. Selected films were regularly shown at the auditorium.
