Located on Lavalle between Maipu and Esmeralda and adjacent to the Cine Monumental (now a 4-screen cinema). The Cine Rose Marie was opened in 1933 and was designed in an Art Deco style by architect Oscar Schoo Lastra. It had 500 seats.

It had closed by 2004 when it had been converted into the Multicine, a 4-screen adult cinema. One screen is named Sala Oscar Wilde and it screens gay adult movies.
