Located in the city centre in the Galeria Guemes shopping arcade. The Cine-Teatro Privado Emelco was opened in 1942. It was designed by architect Alberto Edmundo Bourdon. It had closed a a cinema by 2010, and is now in use as a dinner theatre presenting tango dancing.
