Located on the ground floor of the Massey Building at 800 E. Broad Street, between N. 8th Street and N. 9th Street. The 300-seat Victor Theatre was opened in 1914. The Victor Theatre was taken over by Jake Wells in 1918. It was later expanded to 500. The Victor Theatre was last listed in the Film Daily Yearbook in 1929.
The Library of Virginia now stands on an expanded site of the Victor Theatre.
