Lyric Electric Theatre - Facade after Closure

After closure, the building was used to extend the neighbouring branch of Woolworths. The building had originally being used as an auction house before conversion into a cinema. What was the Lyric was demolished to build a larger branch of Woolies, which still stands today as Poundland.
