Plaza Cinema

Located in front of Namur railway station and opened prior to 1950. In March 1962 “Hey! Let’s Twist!” with Joey Dee was shown here. On the same week the film was screened at the Corso Cinema in Mons and Brussels neighbourhood cinemas; Kinox Cinema Molenbeek; Kursaal Cinema Anderlecht and Nova Cinema Schaerbeek. The Plaza Cinema also screened horror movies with 2 films on the programme. It was closed prior to 1980.
