Located in the city centre. The Cine Park was opened on 1st January 1942 with Pierre Fresney in “La Carreta Fantasma”(The Phantom Wagon) and Florence Rice in “Los Siete Conjurados”(The Secret Seven).

It was closed by 1992 when the interior was gutted, including the removal of the balcony. The facade was retained untouched. In 1993 it was converted into a shopping centre named Plaza Obregon.
