Part of an entertainment complex operated by Charles Feltman, which included Feltman’s Theatre and Feltman’s Ocean Pavilion. Feltman’s Seaside Garden Theatre was an open-air theatre which opened in summer of 1914, screening motion pictures. By June 1919 it was operated by William Brandt and had been renamed Feltmans' Airdome.
By June 1938 it was operating as Ye Old Time Movies, screening old classic movies. It was operated by Jack Stern and was still operating in summer of 1947 when it recieved new operators and a facelift. In 1954 it was taken over by Joe Franklin and was renamed Joe Franklin’s Memory Lane Old Time Movies, still screening classic movies from Hollywood’s golden era.
