Valley Drive-In

A 1969 aerial photo showed a small, narrow drive-in at present-day 580 Hancock Road. It stayed intact through at least 1981, but was gone by 1992. A church occupies the site today, but the projection / concession building is still standing.

An August 3, 1972, advertisement in the Needles (CA) Desert Star for a steak house said to “look for the sign at Hancock Road. / across from the Valley Drive-In Theatre, Riviera”

The 1977-82 Motion Picture Almanacs listed the Valley Drive-In under Bullhead City, capacity 150 cars, owner L. Paradis. In 1983-88, the MPAs changed the owner to Sinclaire.
