On the ground floor of Phase III, Amoy Plaza, the cinema has three screens and 603 seats. All houses are equipped with Barco 4K Laser Projector, House 1 with Dolby Atmos sound system, while House 2 and House 3 with Dolby 7.1 sound system. The seating capacity, House 1-173, House 2-210, House 3-220.
