The 1908 map shows ‘Vaudeville & Moving Pictures’ being offered in the southern storefront of a 2-story brick commercial building constructed sometime between 1884 and 1891. The building was not terribly large, but did fill the entire lot between the street and the railroad, which was then 4 tracks.

This space had been a millinery in 1903, and the theatre was defunct by 1914 when furniture and carpets were sold there. The buildings remained on the 1925 map.

What was once a dense block of solidly constructed business buildings has been replaced by a cheap shed selling auto parts and a grim little drive-through bank with asphalt filling the rest of the empty space. Numbers now seem to start at 102, but 12-14 was roughly under the auto parts store.
