Located in Rothesay, on the Isle of Bute, at the corner of Bridge Street and Bridgend Street. There is little known about the Electric Theatre, which was an early cinema, located in a hall above shops. Metal tokens, stamped with the name of the theatre were used as a means of entry.
The ground floor is in use as a restaurant Brechin’s Brasserie with housing in the former cinema space.
