It’s the D.S. Morgan Building and the interurban train running at the left - eagle eyes may see - is in front of the Garden Theatre. The two buildings were neighbors during the entire theatrical run of the venue (1897-1928) and predated the Morgan Building by 16 years as the Garden building opened in 1879 and the Morgan Building in 1895.
