This is a map that shows the plot for the Buffalo Rink (later turned Garden Rink then Palm Garden Theatre and then Shea’s Garden Theatre/Empire/Garden/garage) showing how the street in Shelton Square once was with the little diagonal Niagra Street that has been squared off and excised. Technically, it lays out at 164-172 Pearl Street but virtually all references list 168 Pearl Street for the theater
