A marketing advantage was that the Garden Theatre was Buffalo’s only “all smoking” “all the time” venue in 1915 allowing patrons to smoke at any seat in the auditorium. And they have live burlesque on the stage. And they have the live World Series results on their simulation board. And they have ten reels of motion pictures. Any seat, ten cents, and light ‘em if you’ve got 'em.
