The Delma Theatre replaced the Temple in 1910 and tried the Temple’s positioning statement of, “As good pictures as you will see if you visit New York, Paris, or London" first. And decided on showing only fire proof pictures second as it struggled to find distinction.
The Lyric - the final movie house in the location - went with “Your patronage solicited” before going with the more time-tested day and date movie title in 1914.
