Mid-America Theatres stepped into the lightly-used former Jerry Lewis Cinema venue rebranding it as the Bridgewood Cinema on May 14, 1976 with “Jaws” and “Blazing Saddles.” It would close as the Bridgewood Cinema (technically, this venue was never called the Bridgewood Theatre).
