Located at 60 E. Union Street (today renumbered 210 E. Union Street). Opened on July 14, 1915 and closed due to local competition in September 1924. Cost $12,000 to build by contractor Rooker & Guenther for owner John Wrench & Son (Lynn). Was a small steel and concrete block building 32'x130' and only had a ground floor (no balcony). Held plays and showed movies. Demolished in March 1979 to make way for the new American Legion building (theatre stood where their parking lot is now). Over the years had been a dance studio, skating rink, Moose Lodge, silver and jewelry warehouse, and American Legion.
