Located on McKean Street to the east of S. 20th Street in the South Philadelphia district. The Avoca Theatre was a nickelodeon which opened in 1913 and was still open in November 1914, but closed in early-1915. The building still stood in October 2019 occupied by Compai Auto Repair.
