Located in the Franklinville district in North Philadelphia. The Franklin Motion Picture Parlor was a nickelodeon which opened in 1909. It was a small single story building. By November 1914 it was operating as the Hoffman House Theatre and was still open in 1915.
In August 2021 the building was in use by Five Nineteen Events - Entertainment Hall & Party Supply Rental.
