Located in the Alleghany West district to the north of the city. The Liberty Theatre was opened in early-1914. The façade on N. 26th Street has three arched bays. In 1919 it was renamed Somerset Theatre. It was closed in 1925.

By 1986 it was in use as a plumber’s warehouse and had a new steel superstructure built within the original walls. By 2020 it was is use as a social club.
