Austral Theatre 76 Florence Street, Port Pirie, SA - 1966

Located at the corner vof Florence Street and Alexander Street. Opened as Coo-ee Theatre in 1916. Destroyed by fire in 1919. Rebuilt and reopened, again as Coo-ee Theatre in(1919 or 1920?). Renamed Austral Theatre in 1920. Closed on 30th January 1965. It has since been demolished and housing has been built on the site.

Demolished (date unknown?). The site is now the Housing Trust.

The housing Trust is also known as Housing SA(76 Florence Street).
